Age Friendly Strategy before Council

The Age Friendly Strategy will be in front of Kapiti Coast District Council's Social Sustainability sub-committee meeting on Thursday 22 June from 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
The venue will be the Council Chambers, Kapiti Coast District Council, 175 Rimu Road, Paraparaumu.
This strategy has been a long time coming and it is important that people show strong support for it. This can be done by either speaking to the committee or going to the meeting to support those people who are speaking to support the strategy. If you cannot attend the meeting you could email KCDC's Democratic Services saying you support the strategy and it should be passed by Council.

This meeting will also be livestreamed. See the Meetings and Agendas page on KCDC's website for the agenda and livestream link. The meeting agenda will also be available two days before the meeting on that page, and at Council libraries and service centres.
The strategy paper will be part of the agenda when it is published on KCDC's website.
