To make this document easier to read online, click the three bars in the top lefthand corner. This hides the page index display and makes the document fill the full screen. Then click on the + to the right of the zoom size percentage display to make the text bigger and easier to read. You can also click on the Download option in the top righthand corner to download this file to your Downloads folder. Doubleclicking on that file will open it in a PDF file viewer, which may make it easier to navigate and read.
