Our 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in the Ocean Road Community Centre on
Wednesday 23 April 2025 at 10:00am.
A morning tea will be available from 9:30am.

​Members attending will be required to sign an attendance form.

• Minutes of the 30th Annual General Meeting (April 2024) can be downloaded here.
• The election of Officers. All positions are contestable annually. A nomination form can be downloaded here. Nominees and candidates must be financial members of Kāpiti Coast Grey Power. The deadline for nominations is at the close of business on Tuesday 15 April 2025.
• Adoption of a revised Constitution. Incorporated societies are required to have a Constitution that complies with the provisions of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. A draft of a revised Constitution can be downloaded here. An introductory document for the new Constitution can be downloaded here.
• Discussion and acceptance of a Business Plan for KCGP. A copy of that plan can be downloaded here.
• Approval of an increase in membership fees. Cost increases are impacting our financial performance. It is proposed to increase both classes of our membership fees by $5 a year for our 2026 membership year. (Individual memberships from $25 to $30 and Joint memberships from $35 to $40).
• Presentation of independently reviewed Financial Statements. Financial results from our financial year ending 31 December 2024 will be tabled for discussion and acceptance. A Performance Report for the 2024 financial year can be downloaded here.

• Other business. Members are able to raise other matters they would like discussed at the AGM. These need to be provided to the Secretary ([email protected]) by the close of business on Tuesday 15 April 2025.
